Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth in the assigned regions of Maharashtra, North, Gujarat, and Tamil Nadu.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

New Business Development: Identify and approach new potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting our products and services effectively.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, including pricing, negotiations, and contract closure.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research.

Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities to expand our market presence, including strategic partnerships and collaborations.

Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales and business development reports to the management team.

Market Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify areas for growth and improvement.


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
